Great "cook" book
I saw reviews that said ingredients are hard to find. I found them on Amazon and at Walmart. Some said they didn't have a dehydrator so couldn't do some of the recipes but you can put your oven on warm to dry food. You don't have to use a dehydrator. You will need a food processor for the nuts but you can grind them at food city and they will be ready when you need them. So far the best vegetarian "cook" book I have found. There aren't pictures for most recipes but I'm very happy with this purchase.

Not for bigger crystals
Works great for small crystals. Bigger ones weigh more so you have to push hard. Then they stick in the wax and don't just come off when set on the nail.
