I'm Sherida Newmister, LCSW with over 25 years of experience in mental health as a psychotherapist. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients achieve their goals and improve their emotional well being. My mental health coaching approach is strength-based and tailored to each individual's unique needs, ultimately enhancing their overall mental health.
