Does not work with Digitech Whammy

I bought this because it is listed as a substitute power supply for the PS0913DC-01, which is what comes with the Digitech Whammy. It doesn't fit properly and will not power the pedal.

Too weak to pick up signals

I've been able to make out maybe three clear transmissions on my CB with this thing. Normally it's just static. Everything is connected properly, and I made sure the antenna was tuned (using a meter). I highly recommend getting one that has a true connection, not a the-the-glass model like this.
