Defective ESU decoder

Spent a fortune for this thing to have sound and the DCC decoder was dead on arrival, another would cost $150. Runs on DC but that don't help me. Wasted money. Very mad.

Nice kit

These are very nice if over priced but what in this hobby isn't. Good construction and I especially like the metal supports. Good looking.
