Kevin's Stamps & Coins is a dealer located in Richmond, VA focused primarily on buying and selling US stamps. Owned by the same family that owns Tailored Data Solutions (Computer Repair), the location is in Breckenridge Shopping Center, but most of the buying and selling is done on the internet. Our team puts time and effort into properly identifying stamps for collectors. The stamps are meticulously stored and maintained in a proper climate controlled environment. Each listing is intended to be exactly as described and obvious faults are always stated, not just "review pictures carefully". As a result of the proliferation of counterfeit Forever Stamps, I am UV Scanning ALL forever stamps. Look for the signature statement "tagging verified" on forever stamps. Customers can request a photo of the UV scan of any stamp sheet in which there is a concern about the tagging.

    Ordered Oct. 11, shipped Oct. 14 (after some back-and-forth messages about item positions, since photo was a generic photo), received Oct, 17. Seller promised not to ship if the positions I was interested in were not available. Two items shipped together, well packaged with envelope stiffener, both items as described. There were some delays in responding to messages, but I did not deduct for this based on follow-up service. Would recommend.

    There were three large and two small plate blocks in this order. All of them were in mint condition, as shown and described, and quite a good deal. They were well packaged and shipped right away (for a mere two bucks). I have ordered from this seller several times before, and I have been well pleased with every purchase.

    Lovely postcard stamps are just as described, with the lowest price on Ebay for the amount I wanted. Fast shipping, well packaged with excellent communication.
