Works fine with the driver on the installation cd that it comes with.
Windows o/s does not recognize this usb wireless adapter and will not function without the driver that's on the mini installation cd that this comes with. The cd is inside the folded piece of cardboard that is in the blister pack that the wireless adapter is in. I installed the "driver only" and then used the standard Windows internet connection options to connect to my wireless internet. It works fine after that. P.S. When pulling the usb adapter out of the usb port, the metal sleeve separated from the adapter and I had to pull it out with a needle nose pliers. I just slid it back on to be able to use in a usb port again.

Freedom from PAYING for television!
It's GREAT not having to pay for TV that cable companies have their customers convinced that they HAVE TO pay! It's a bit complicated to set up, but once it IS set up, you'll be thrilled that you can watch tv via apps offered by so many television networks!
