  The seller had good communication and was genuine in his attempt to understand the product as he is a reseller of many items. HOWEVER, the product was grossly misrepresented to him (thus the manner he described it on the auction) and turned out to have a blown core and had been extensively used. Buyer's risk and a loser this time.
