What a find! In like new condition, I am so happy and very satisfied. I like to buy used but love that is in mint condition. Point and shoot cameras in mint condition are so hard to find now, I am so happy to have stumbled on this gem. Worth every penny! Thanks seller for a very accurate description.

Pretty Good, but I expected more...

The mic is used, so I am not positive that what I am experiencing is not related to this particular microphone, but I was hoping for a little better quality microphone (as compared to similar but much cheaper products like MXL.) As far as sound quality (to my ears, anyway) it's OK - acceptable, but not GREAT. I have bought cheap condenser/ribbon mics that sounded better. The hi freq sensitivity of the mic is lacking and it tends to be a little warmer (thereby less accurate) than I think it should be. Another complaint that I have is the lo-freq-cut and attenuation switches LOUDLY pop if switched while the mic is live. These switches should be fairly quiet if not silent. Finally, the plastic threads in the bottom of the mic where it screws into the suspension mount are easily stripped or are looser than they should be. I'll keep the mic - I use it for mic'ing a guitar amp - for that it's OK but I don't think I will use it for recording vocals or an acoustic instrument. If you can get one cheap enough (eg $100) it might be worth owning.
