  Item said new unopened unused. Was not. Having issues with it seller chewed me out after asking if we can issue part refund. She said it was new not used. Even has note in I. It from previous seller. Do not say new when it is not. Plus dongle is same number as premier extra which I have. I wanted ultra version. Which description says it is. Just trying to get it to work even password now not working no help from seller see emails from her. Price is nothing if it’s not new nor working. I did
