  I feel like the seller gave me a great deal on the amplifier, and his communication was spot on. This being said, the amplifier arrived with bent rack ears, and a dent on the top. It was his poor packaging that caused the damage. Heavy electronic equipment should be double boxed with plenty of styrofoam and bubble wrap as you would expect had it been sent from Sweetwater. Instead, the amplifier was placed in a single box with crushed Christmas wrapping paper. Unacceptable. Luckily it does work
