Great tool for leg recovery!
6 personnes sur 6 ont jugé cet avis utile. As a professional runner, I'm always looking for ways to better my training/performance and the Air Relax unit has improved my recovery. I tried air compression massages last year in the Pan American Games and the Air Relax worked just as well as the several thousand dollar unit that our country's Olympic committee provided for us so it's also great on affordability. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stimulate and help recover your legs and feet!
