Converts Older TV with Coaxial Digital Sound Out to Optical
Works on converting my older Sanyo TV's coaxial digital sound output to a fiber optic signal input required by a Roku 4k Soundbar., Note that a slide switch on the convertor side can be used to select the converter's input signal type and is defaulted set to coax digital cable input. The instructions do not detail this information but can be inferred from the graphics symbols on the device.
