  Shipping was the fastest I've experienced yet. Company was Fedex. The items were securely packaged and as described. Was originally looking for screen bezel and video cable. The listing came complete with screen and keyboard, making the total price cheaper than seperate purchases. RunTools was also quick to respond to emails This seller is a pleasure to buy from...highly recommend.

  the product was fine, and in pristine condition, I had a slight issue with Fed Ex. They said it was delivered in my email even tracking shows the package was delivered, When I finally reached an actual representative from Fed Ex, they said that the package will be delivered on the next day, which it did. this is not the first time I had a similar issue with Fed Ex. the product itself was in it's own package, and it was good, no complains.
