Despite a USPS delay, the seller pursued the tracking down of what might have been a lost postal system package with determined dedication and enthusiasm to ensure that the item reached me and was to my satisfaction. He followed up with personal email and phone calls to make the sale right. I can't say enough good things about the seller. On top of all that, the item was exactly as described and greatly exceeded my expectations. Best purchase I've ever made on e-Bay.
