looks and performs well , good brand name, for flat cast iron grates the scraper works well, and the brush doesn’t flatten out for me so far. 👍 dont get a cheapie , as the bristle’s can come out, get in your food and stick in your mouth or get in your body, ive read about that, and its not good. use a quality brush.!!!!

I had extreme cat urine in a home purchase with approximately 20 cats in the house I would bet , even the carpet tack strip next to the walls was so soaked with cat urine that they were soaked and disintegrating . I mixed it thinner (2-3 ounces per gallon) than what the directions recommended and it still worked very well. within hours I could tell the smell was going to go away The smell of odorxit was nothing bad at all it smelled slightly minty maybe like a commercial cleaner would smell. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. good for all nice landlords who get lied to about pets !!!!!

popcorn hopper sprayer

you must use the ball valve to regulate the flow, or install a small regular. the gun is designed to leak air but doesnt leak the material, untill you pull the trigger. it works just great for small jobs. bigger jobs i would install a small regulator . it worked well if the coating is mixed correctly also.
