It works well
Not much to write. It's a Headphone jack coupler. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It works as it should and it was inexpensive. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Reduced nasal drainage
I have a problem with nasal drainage due to allergies, which causes me to have a consistent cough if not treated. Taking the Major Cough & Cold HPB twice a day dramatically reduces the coughing.

Pocket watch mainspring
I would rate higher but I have not installed the mainspring into its barrel yet and have not had a chance to reassemble the watch to test the spring. The spring did arrive in a reasonable time and it seemed to be a good value.
