Instrument Panel Dimmer Switch Rheostat fits 98-04 Xterra Frontier 25980-9Z400

Part did not work

Although advertised to fit my 1998 Nissan Frontier, the part did not work. The electrical connections for the switch were different than my wiring connection. Further research found that the switch part was changed during the 1998 production year so buyers need to make sure the part ordered is correct for that VIN and production timing.
