a good purchase
My wife was a primary teacher for 30 years, and so I have run across these before. They are a little tight on my fat head, but they arefor students,. They are going to outlast others.

Incredible information
This is a book that is a must read for anyone over 50. Very clear, concise information of how to live longer and stay healthy. This book was recommended by my family doctor. It is easy too read and understand. The information is very practical. I have given several copies to friends.
