Excellent camera and excellent value

Of course, for the lower price, there are some trade offs. For example, the 4.5-6.7 aperture makes capturing fast moving subjects difficult compared to the XF 55-200, which is a much more expensive lens.
Also, there is no aperture ring on the lens (as advertised). You simply use a wheel on the camera to adjust the aperture.
You can focus as close as 36" at full telephoto, resulting in about a .3X (equiv.) magnification for close-up photos.

Excellent value
3 1/2 years after it's release, this camera still holds up well compared to newer cameras. The shutter mechanism is so quiet that it is perfect for weddings. I use my X-t3 (a newer camera) with lenses that are image stabilized, and the X-H1 for un stabilized lenses because the X-H1 has in body image stabilization (IBIS).

Excellent lens, especially for macros

Technically, it provides a .5X magnification on the sensor, but since the Fuji X-series cameras are APS-C, and have a 1.5X crop factor, the effective macro magnification is .75X.
Other macro lenses I've used achieve their maximum magnification at wide angle (about 18mm). This means that you have to be within an inch of the subject. The combination of the 90mm equivalent focal length and .75X macro power lets you get close-ups of wildlife (like insects and hummingbirds) from 7.5" away, without scaring them off, or casting a shadow on the subject.
Because of the long focus range, focusing is a little on the slow side in low light. But with decent contrast, and decent light, it's pretty quick. The filter size is a surprisingly small 39mm.
