  I ordered this product, and unfortunately, it arrived damaged due to the lack of care from USPS during transit. The seller responded quickly to my initial message, acknowledged the inconvenience, and apologized for the mishap. They immediately offered a replacement and took the time to reassure me that they would take additional measures to ensure the new item would arrive in perfect condition. True to their word, the replacement arrived swiftly, and the extra care in packaging was evident.

  Beautiful piece of glassware. High quality and good packaging for shipping. The original color I picked out had an imperfection and the seller was kind enough to message me.   Shipping was very quick and the item is just as I described, I specifically asked that it be packaged extremely securely which he did, the piece is great but there is one flaw. Mine has a messed up wrinkled warped piece of glass on the bottom causing it to not sit flush.

  The quality of the glass is amazing. It is very thick and sturdy. The condition of the item originally arrived broken with the seller is so absolutely amazing and sent me a replacement that makes this absolutely worth the value. Not only that but the appearance of this bong and the packaging that it came in is absolutely stunning and I’m very happy with the overall purchase. Definitely recommend this seller!!!!!
