1950 Chevy Panel--John Deere

Actually I bought this for an in-law, who is a John Deere fanatic/collector/old farmer. I have only looked at it briefly and then put it away for future gift. It seems to be in really god condition and looks pretty cool. For my part, I like the body style of the early 50's GM trucks. Also, my first girlfriend's father had one in traditional Chevy green.

Works fine, BUT...

The switches are good quality and were received in good time. The negative side is that I think the switch should be oriented to be on top when plugged in to a vertically oriented outlet-which is normally the case. Not being an electrical or mechanical engineer, there may be another reason for the switch being on the side. If it were on top, the illuminated switch would be more noticeable

Dewalt DCF610S2 Kit

So far have only used a few times to unscrew/screw. I like the feel of it in my hand (have relatively small hands) and the weight is consistent with it's size. Feels solid. Also like that it comes with two batteries/ The unit I received was already charged and ready to go. It would be nice if it came with a fitted, rigid case instead of the canvas bag, but that is just something I would prefer-not a deal breaker...
