It does the job.
As long as you read the instructions you will like this remote. It works well with my Fuji S5.

Detent Pin Kit
It works very well, just make sure to have a correct pin punch and be very careful how you hammer the pin back in. You can bend it very easily if you not careful.
Overall it was easy to do and has really made a difference.

The Shoe Fits!!!
This shoe replaced the one the I had on a old Vivitar flash bracket. I am using it with a Godox strobe that needed a shoe that does not short the contacts on the bottom shoe of the strobe. This shoe has the 1/4 20 threads in it, I took the Vivitar one apart and was able to drill the plate out to 1/4 20 and use a bolt that threads into the shoe and holds the strobe solidly. The base of the shoe is thick enough that it does not flex when tightened and it holds the strobe via the foot perfectly. I am planning on using the second one I got for a similar type of setup.
