BLENDER COUPLING WORKS GREAT
OEM replacement for rubber coupling on top of blender assembly . As the instructions advise it is necessary to pry the old coupling off with a large flat blade screwdriver stripping the aluminum threads out of the old coupling. Sounds extreme but it works, just protect the base with a strip of cardboard under the pry point. Yes it does take quite a bit of pressure but it does come off without damaging the threads on the hard steel shaft. Remember when putting the new one on to clean threads first and screw CCW
