Does not stay connected.

I have several other Zmodo cameras at our winter home. I added this one for the temp and humidity plus the door monitors. It pans so it met all my needs. It seems well constructed and designed. It was a bit problematic getting it setup but it was finally connected and working fine for a few weeks before I left in the spring. The problem started when we had a power outage. When power was restored the camera did not come back. All other cameras did come back. I had a friend stop to look at it. He rebooted the router and cycled the camera. It came back on line and worked for a day. It then went down again and he rebooted it a second time. It cycles but I can no longer see it in my mobile app. Support told me to remove and re add it to my mobile app. That can't be done until I go back this winter. Because of the problem of staying connected and not being able to see it, it is pretty much useless.

Great trimmer

This is my second one. The design is a bit different but still the same. It does have a "turbo" button for higher speed but seldom use it. Comes with over the head attachments which I prefer. It also includes other attachments that work great. It shipped very quickly and it arrived in very good order.

Easy to connect and easy to use.

I have these at both of our homes. I can easily control lights or other equipment remotely. One cautionary note. Do not use these with a UPS. Two have failed being plugged into a UPS and after testing at Liftmaster they agreed it should not be used in that situation. Otherwise they are a great product.
