Stout and solid work knife!!

First off , this is a Cold Steel blade so it is hair shaving sharp out of the box.Very stout and It feels very good in the hand ; is as solid as a fixed blade IMHO. I carry it everyday for work and use it to cut box straps as well as other cardboard materials. I am not disappointed at all with its performance and should last me many yrs.

Eye Pleasing….

Well made knife. Very pleasing to the eye, fit and finish is better than other competitors . Slip joint spring is strong and closes with a slow snap. The blade is shaped to have a hollow grind but it isn’t, which is unfortunate IMHO. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

Reconditioned Failure

I bought these as reconditioned and they work fine with the exception of the right ear. Only one side works so it’s mono and not stereo surround sound.I couldn’t see sending them back so I used parts from this set to repair my original set which have worked for years with no problem until I stepped on them breaking them at the pivotal point.
