Well worth the read!

I love the idea, "you can do anything for 15 minutes". Make sure to get a timer with this book. You will be using it a lot! I think her idea of the "27 fling boogie" is one of my favorites and I will be sharing with everyone!
Get rid of the clutter and get your house and your mind in order.
You will be having more time on your hands, cleaner house and happier spirit!
Everyone should try her techniques! Even the "born organized" people!

A Great Read
So many "diet books" are quick fixes that only the rarest of persons can stay with forever. That ends with this book. I think if I had found this the year my son passed, I wouldn't be where I am today struggling with weight issues.
This is a book that helps you realize that you have all the necessary tools, energy and abilities to do this!
You don't need a diet, gym or pills to help you get where you want to be.
BUT, you will have to take some hard truthful looks at what got you where you are.
It is definitely worth purchasing! I already have line of friends who want to borrow it.
