  I bought a refurbished Dell XPS at a reasonable price and I had a great experience with the seller. Their team was very responsive, fast and helpful, things that I was not expecting when buying a refurbished item.Since they are certified, you'll have more confidence in their devices.The first device had a minor bend in display but they were quick in finding and sending a replacement. I fully tested and inspected both devices and found nothing except a few minor scratches or cosmetic things.

  Fast shipping, the laptop was like new (battery wear about 1%) with new genuine accessories. Do note that the cleaning agent they used leave strong scents, as common with refurbished or used items. On the whole happy with the experience and will consider purchasing from them again.
