  Item is now case no. 5338323616, which is in my favor per Ebay. The case is now ‘On hold’ until July 17 2024. Correct item part number was ordered from seller, but wrong item was shipped and received by me. Seller says he “Doesn’t do returns..” (!) Item was shipped promptly as directed, using provided shipping label. I just received the shipped item back labeled ‘Unclaimed’ ‘Return To Sender’. See pic. Not happy. I want my refund please.   Horrible seller. Wraps highly collectible items in nothing but brown paper. Item box arrived completely destroyed. Asked for refund and no response.

  there's nothing wrong with the order, zero damage whatsoever. Everyone can see that in the photo. You admitted to trying to scam me via return request. People are strange.

  Horrible Seller, after a week of waiting, I had to contact the seller to see if they were going to ship the item, seller didn’t have enough inventory to cover the order. After three emails to the seller asking them to cancel and refund no response other than the one time they said they would but never did. eBay had to initiate the refund. That’s not how you do business on eBay..

  We received new Lego product exactly described. It arrived on time. The Lego box arrived with some minor damage from shipping, but the Legos inside were fine.
