  Heads appear to be new, un-used, but package was opened (& taped) as was one of the separately packed heads. This does not correspond to the description of "new" which distinctly says "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store..." This was not disclosed in description & should have been. Honesty & trust is essential when buying on ebay- room for improvement here!

  The seller shipped the wrong item along with unsolicited religious material, but immediately issued a refund when notified of the problem. Everyone makes mistakes, and I would definitely do business with her again one day.

  This seller was awesome to work with, unfortunately my item was broken during the time with the postal service but this seller backed the item 100%! I’m very impressed, but before that my purchase was fast efficient and reasonably priced so I highly recommend purchasing from this seller!
