I have had this phone for over one month and have had no problems whatever. There have been no "freezes" nor dropped calls. All apps work as expected.A few additions make the phone almost perfect. There are numerous lock applications that make any accidental input a non-issue. The are apps that auto start the speaker phone for driving or the hearing impaired as well. The tilt can be disabled if this becomes an annoyance. AT&T has been fine as a service provider with good support when needed. As a working medical professional,RIM e-mail and other msg. services are more reliable than any other systems I have tried in the past.The phone is easy to use and fast. I would recommend this item to anyone needing business reliability. The other media availabilty is icing on the cake.
