Rory Gallagher - Irish Tour 1974 (DVD, 2001)

Mostly unheard of genius of the guitar. Much like Roy Buchanan, but unlike Roy he can sing too.

Rory was a great talent, and this dvd shows just how talented he was. Lots of good songs well played and sung by Rory. Wish I could have been there in person, but watching this dvd almost makes me fill like I was. This dvd has a lot more than just songs, you get to follow Rory behind the scenes and he explains some of the songs that he plays here. This dvd shows how talented he was at playing other instruments too. Also love his blues and slide guitar playing. His playing influenced The Edge with U2 and many others. Buy this dvd concert if you want to see a truly awesome genius in concert.

David Bowie this album contains the biggest parts of his hit songs.

David Bowie was a very good singer. If you just want the hits buy this cd. If you want the deep cuts buy his albums they are very good.

C. Crane Pocket Radio with AM FM and Weather 55 Presets (CCPKT)

C. Crane Pocket Radio is one great little receiver.

Here are some of the things I like about this C. Crane Pocket Radio and some of the things I dislike. 1. What I like most is the reception. Which I grade as excellent on both AM & FM.This is one great receiver! 2. I found 26 stations on the AM band at 2pm in the afternoon August 28, 2018. Comment: There was some heavy radio squelch on a few stations, but I could hear the station and I double checked to make sure the very strong stations did not bleed over, I did not count any bleed over stations. I think this is outstanding, excellent AM receiver. 3. I found 33 stations on the FM band at around 2:30 pm in the afternoon August 28, 2018. Comment: There was some heavy radio squelch on a few stations, but I could hear the station and I double checked to make sure the very strong stations did not bleed over, I did not count any bleed over stations. I think this is outstanding, excellent FM reception. 4. On the weather band I found one very strong signal. Two station very faint to much radio squelch. The one strong station covers my area anyway. 5.earphone plugs fit into the top of radio which makes it fit in my pocket so much better than on the side of the radio and it is stereo. 6.The radio has a 3 way switch so you can play the FM in stereo mode, mono mode or the radio speaker. The AM works with headphones too. 7. The radio has a light, which is good to see the station or clock in the dark. 8. Separate on off switch, don't have to turn the volume control. 9. It has 25 presets for the FM and 25 more for the AM band, it uses 5 pages with 5 presets for each page. 5 pages for the AM and 5 pages for the FM. 10. Digital read out makes it easy to find the station. Some of the things I dislike 1. Its pricey 1. The small speaker on the radio doesn't sound all that great, but the headphone that came with it sound pretty good. 2. The battery door doesn't hinge and you could lose it. 3. The FM Antenna is a wire or headphones, I'm starting to like the wire with the radio speaker. Conclusion: This is an excellent little receiver, for a pocket radio I don't think you will find much better. This is just my opinion.
