Shaft too large.
the tool shaft is a VERY generous 4mm, and I had to spend about 15 minutes filing it on a diamond stone to make it fit other tool handles. It is an OK value, but not if I have to use $25 worth of shop time to make it work.

Dangerous and Fussy little utility knife.
The knife arrived ahead of schedule, and in perfect condition, but the design creates some problems with usability.
The blade was very dull due to dragging across burrs inside the poorly finished blade channel of the metal frame / handle.
Opening and closing is very difficult, and creates a severe risk of cutting oneself.
I cured some of this with very careful filing and finishing. It is now better.
The latching system is part of the frame / handle, and is not made of a stainless steel with enough spring memory to tolerate the adjustments necessary to make the latching / unlatching safe.
Once I realized it was not going to be generally useful, I gave up on improving the handle, and tossed the knife into a seldom used "go bag" under one of the car seats.
