  There was a shipping problem that needed to be remedied, so different items were being shipped back and forth. I do give high marks for the seller’s communications. She let me know immediately that there had been a problem. Only real critique was that the recipient had to pay for postage to return the wrong items back to the seller. She didn’t offer to pick up the postage charges for the mistake. Other than that, it was a good transaction

  Customer was contacted as soon as we knew of the shipping error and was contacted throughout the process. Free Shipping label was not requested and could have been provided. Thank you for be understanding in this purchase and we are glad to help you again in the future.
