ESU Loksound select micro decoder
This is by far is one of the best sounding decoders on the market. I particularly like the full throttle feature of this decoder. The prime mover sound is as close to the real engine as it gets. I like the reverb on the horns. The motor control is spectacularly precise and the slow speed is amazing. For the price, this is by far a great deal and value.

Athearn bay window caboose windows
Hard to find item for older athearn blue box model trains. Only found these on Ebay. Athearn trains didn't offer this item.

Kadee couplers, the best!
Very durable and reliable. I have tried other brands of knuckle couplers,and always return to the "old reliables". They have hundreds of applications for just about all makes of model trains, even European trains. They are moderately price. If you buy the bulk packages, they won't break the bank. You can get them in metal and plastic. For the price and quality they are the best in the industry. I have them on 99% of my rolling stock and 100%of my locomotives.
