Great addition to drill press
The rule goes that when you drill using the drill press your piece must be clamped. I have been using various types of clamps to secure my pieces to my drill table but by the time I tighten the clamps, the piece already moved too much. So I can't imagine any better way to solve the problem of drilling in the right spot, than a vice that moves in X and Y directions. This is exactly what this tool does and it already saves me tons of time and frustration. Well built, heavy cast iron, covered in grease, has gibs and set screws for adjusting the preload of movement. Adjusting is very necessary, but will not turn it magically into a high precision milling tool. However, in my view it is spot on for drill press work.
