  Purchased item on 09/08/24 and the seller added tracking number same day. As of 09/23/24 the item had not arrived, so I opened an eBay claim and requested refund. Seller then notified me that he forgot to ship it and proceeded to ship after I requested a refund. Item still never arrived and had to wait until 10/10/24 for eBay to process a refund.

  The sneakers were exactly as described. Shipping time was ok. From the info I get it was the shipping carrier who delayed the shipping not the seller. I would recommend this seller.

  Card never arrived after 17 days after auction closing and tracking never updated beyond "tracking number provided". Contacted seller and they were fast to respond, apologetic, and offered full refund, which I accepted. Great customer service in a situation that they were not responsible for. Will absolutely do business again in the future. A++
