Possible Old Cartridges
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. Cartridges were old - dated 2010/05/23. Color (HP22) only printed blue streaks - black (HP21) was OK but not great. After completing all the troubleshooting with no improved results, I replaced both with remanufactured cartridges with a current date and everything prints great now. The product may be "Original HP" they are repackaged and if you are willing to take a chance on the time it may take to troubleshoot or replace, they might be of value to you for the cost.

Awesome purchase!
Set up was super easy. Was able to program TV and soundbar using the Genie Air remote. Best of all - no lease payments to DirecTv!!!!
