Exactly as pictured but might not fit your freezer perfectly
It came exactly as pictured but, this is supposed to be an exact replacement for WR30X10093, the item number recommended by GE to replace the ice maker in my fridge, model TPX24SIYABS. It fits but the three included water collectors only allow filling from the right side of the ice maker but this model fridge fills from the back. I had to do a little creative cutting to get the hose to go it but it works great now! Everything else fits and works perfectly otherwise.
