Intel SSD DC S3710 even now is a good buy!
Not screaming fast, but reliable, super compatible with SATA interface, and deals can be found on eBay. Despite the age - it's an enterprise quality product, and with rated endurance may outlive many recent SSDs.

IBM FlashSystem 900 is as relevant today as it was when released.
After end-of-life announcement the FS900 (parts) started appearing on eBay. Complete system is capable of over million (sustained!) IOPS, which cannot be easily achieved by anything with reasonable price tag. Despite being "old" technology, the IBM FlashSystem 900 would amaze anyone who would be successful in reviving one of these. My personal concern is the possibility of shipping damage. Despite best efforts the system is very likely to to arrive with damage to power supply handles and to the fan module(s).

Solid good quality product.
It works, but at the same time I found similar product with LED and that makes huge difference for me, since light not only adds aesthetic value, but also serves as an indicator that the plug is connected and at least senses power. Price wise they were about the same. If that feature is not needed - these plugs do the work, seems like a solid good quality product.
