Quality
For the price you can't beat this. May or may not come in handy but for 20 bucks this could be a vital investment for a family in troubled times. Comes with a sealed filter as well.

Great for camping or prepping
Grab a few of these while they are available, especially at the price. Unfortunately there may come a day when these will not be available at such an attractive price or available at all because of an emergency.
