effictiveness of Pantin Lidocaine 5%

I have diabetic nephropathy. And a rather severe case. This product provides just enough relief that I can go to sleep at night. I use it sparingly, but it works for me. It will not help anything deep into the legs but it does work on my neuropathy. in my skin. such as my feet and legs. I compare the feeling of my neuropathy to an electrical shock, or an erupting volcano with my feet in the lava. ..this helps. This is a cream with a screw top lid. I can unscrew it at night dab a tiny bit on my finger and put it on my leg without even turning on the light. Other products are in a squirt bottle which most of the time is runny, and frequently globs far too much on the site. As a result this is easy to use, effective and is not wasteful. Good product for me.

Daytime good, night time bad, side sleepers beware

As a retired RN and post surgery/prostate, I have cared for many people with incontinence. Since the advent of "breathable" briefs I have discovered that anything that air can go through, also water can breach. These leak. On the sides. Side sleepers beware. But daytime they work well. Plastic backed briefs, full mat, are great. But anything cloth backed will leak. And the tabs constantly come loose during activity and these briefs slip down. This is normal for most cloth backed briefs. If you have any serious incontinence only plastic backed work well. Most people do not have that much of a problem. But many men post prostatectomy do. I bought these by mistake. They leak at night because I am a side sleeper. And they will not stay fastened during the day, constantly they need readjusted. There is no pride for anyone who buys a cloth backed brief and has a leak in the middle of Walmart. IF air can get through, so can liquids. Day or night.

Diamond Coated Bit Usage

I have drilled 15 thick glass bottles with the first of these 4 bits. I expected to get less use from them but noticed they were definitely coated heavily with the diamond material. Hence after 15 bottles with the first bit I do expect to get another 5 to 10 more bottles drilled. Bottles are thick heavy Champagne Bottles and the glass is thick. Good bits for the money. I have 3 left which means I can probably get 70 to 80 bottles done with these 4 bits. Will order again
