One of the best philosophical and commonsensical works works I have ever read
The research that went into producing this masterpiece is incredible. I am an internationally recognized philosopher who has taught philosophy on the university level for 53 years. Rereading this book after several decades has shocked me with its uncommon common sense and philosophical brilliance. It is one of the best philosophical works I have ever read.)

Étienne Gilson’s ‘Metamorphoses of the City of God’ is a work of genius.
This book by Gilson that was written shortly after World War II is prophetic. Anyone who wants to make sense out of the current chaos collapsing Western civilization and cultures Worldwide Will benefit tremendously by reading it!

Some of the best philosophical Works I have ever read!
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I am an internationally recognized philosopher. I have taught philosophy in the US and internationally for over 53 years. While Norman Vincent Peale was not aware of this fact when he was writing his books on positive thinking, he was doing philosophy in the best of the tradition of the ancient Greek philosophers, Plato and Aristotle. These books are filled with uncommon common sense!
