Good product, but take the weight off of cord-headphone interface.

Nice product with some interesting features. I find it useful for the voip skype calling via the usb. There is also a stereo mini phono analog plug as well which has a separate volume control which I hook up to an m audio musicians' recording / playback interface box. It integrates transparently into my windows 8.1 desktop. However, evidently the product has issues with one channel on the headphones failing via where the cord enters the phones. The first set I got one channel became intermittent and then failed completely. The next set I got from ebay arrived with one channel not working, but they took it back and gave me credit. The third set here works good, and I've taped the cord such that no weight hangs on where the cord meets the phones. I might do the same thing with the controls box further down on the cord.
