I try to be as thorough as possible about showing defects & wear on items, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns on all items. really all you need are the tablets. the instructions say to put the tablet in a warm cup of water. the cleaning device doesnt do anything to clean them, it just slightly vibrates. next time i will only pay for tablets.
