Guitar string tension loosened, guitar completely wrapped, case sealed and wrapped. Box was thoroughly packed with no room for the case to move. Perfect I mean perfect. Guitar was under stated in the listing. This is a special guitar for me and I had concerns. This is better than any I have seen listed anywhere. Wow.
