CC-10 Office Chair Replacement Spindle Cartridge Gas Cylinder Heavy Duty

Sturdy and easy install

This replacement cylinder was easy to install and definitely feels like it is good quality. It went into the existing chair parts with no issue and in all took only about 5 minutes to install. The missing start is just because it wasn't over the top awesome - but it is extremely functional and works quite well. I would definitely purchase it again - unless I was looking to add height.

Good deal not packaged well

I do like the product and it was a good deal but...everything was kind of dumped in the box. I have installed at least 5 of these (this one makes 6) and I have never had these kind of problems. It took 3 days to finish the install because I had to run to Home Depot for the right screws (the ones I the box absolutely did not fit). Everything (all the pieces) were kind of dumped in the box. That probably wouldn't have annoyed so much if they were all the right parts.
