Excellent gift item from a quality company
We purchased an 8 place setting a Christmas gift that was actually chosen by our future daughter in law as her preferred pattern. When we opened one of the boxes, 1 dinner plate was broken. We contacted Mikasa and they replaced the broken plate immediately. Although this gift won't exactly be a surprise, we're sure that our future daughter-in-law will love the set.

Excellent value and service record.
This is almost a duplicate of the pressure cooker that we have had for a long time. We have always appreciated its service and durability, so rather than look for a new brand or more features that we do not need, we decided to replace the older model at what we felt was the appropriate time. My wife and I have always been satisfied with this pressure cooker and feel that it will continue to be useful in our kitchen.

Fully adjustable office chair
I received the chair as promised. It is fully adjustable which is what I need due to my job which requires sitting much of the day. The seat is also very comfortable. I am totally satisfied with this purchase
