Outstanding book. I bought 5 extra for my children and grandchildren. Great easy recipes. Wonderful tips throughout. Ways to cook your market products. Indexed by vegetable. If you have the hard copy it will provide on the last page and back cover instructions on how to cook and how long various produce .
You will eat most everything in that cookbook. It’s not a vegetarian cookbook. Just ways to put your vegetables into most thing’s you eat.
Soft cover or hardcover. It’s great. Just a little more on last page and back cover on the hard copy. It’s small and perfect.
