After no shipping info, I contacted the seller - no reply after 3 days. I needed the instrument quickly, so I requested cancellation and bought another in person. The seller ignored me again and rejected my cancellation at the last possible hour. It’s now 11 days later with no tracking, no communication, and no trombone. Unreliable seller - beware!

Great little webcam
This was awesome for me who has an older desktop using windows xp. Was definitely "plug and play" with no additional software needed.

Smell
Hose works great except the one I got had a funny smell to it. After washing it well and having it sanitized by my SoClean machine it's fine now.
