Muffled tone quality
I love the product except when you talk on the phone with it you come through somewhat muffled. I keep getting others asking if I am in a tunnel or do I have my mouth to close to the phone because they have so much trouble with me sounding clear enough to understand. We have tried moving the phone further away then closer, but that did not help. We also tried changing the volume control and still no help. We just try not to answer the phone calls until we can call them back with out being on the Bluetooth Earbud.
